Airalo, Holafly and Saily are the big ones. I've used the first two in Europe and Caribbean without

From what I've briefly read Orange seems like a good option.
T-Mobile doesn't seem to offer free international roaming, though when we to Spain a few years ago it was part of our plan. maybe they've cheaped out
