(Travel) Recommendation for an eSIM for France

From what I've briefly read Orange seems like a good option.

T-Mobile doesn't seem to offer free international roaming, though when we to Spain a few years ago it was part of our plan. maybe they've cheaped out

I assumed all the US carriers offered a $10-$12 per/day plan to roam like you're home.

For me it was totally worth it. So it costs me $100 for the week. I don't have to think about it.

allows you to switch between all three major networks in the US. Also gives you free roaming in over 100 countries on some plans. Is much cheaper than one of the big three.

Currently use XFinity Mobile as a package deal with our internet service but they just installed Google Fiber and I'll switch to them as soon as their network is turned on in our neighborhood. Once that happens, I'll have to look for a new network.

On years I don’t go abroad I wasted $10/month. On years I do, it usually comes out near even and I saved myself the hassle.

A few American mobile providers include free international data roaming and texting across Europe on select plans, though speeds and allowances vary. The primary options include T-Mobile, Google Fi, and Tello (on a promotional basis).

international roaming for Mexico and Canada, but didn't seem to mention other countries. I don't think it's too cheap of a plan, but I think it's still some weird carryover plan from Sprint, since we've never technically ever resigned up for a different plan since they were bought out a few years ago.

thanks for challenging me :) , it looks like I get 5GB of international roaming data...

which should be plenty, especially if I download Google maps to my phone in advance to help with some data loads. Since navigation is mostly what I'll be using my data for during the day

i think you should be fine. also, tmo is making me change my legacy plan finally.

it's not free, calling is $0.50 per minute, which is a lot. i've gotten around this in certain place

needing to make phone calls. But i do have Whatsapp to get in touch with family or just texting on wifi at the hotel.
