Otherwise, why are we willing to spend above and beyond in basketball? It’s a convenient excuse to cover up a) We don’t have the same level of NIL support in football; b) Bret misread the room with the returning DL and spent elsewhere; c) Whitman is not willing to play in the gray with fuzzy NIL contracts (as opposed to basketball, where the market value is real)  Previous Message
