I have been a support of MLS from its inception. I used to go to games in New Jersey (back when they were the Metro Stars) and DC United (at RFK). I moved from Chicago to SF right before the Fire started up there. I went to a few San Jose Clash games, but it was so far from SF. I always said that if I ever lived somewhere that had a team I would get season tickets, so to have season tickets since the inaugural 2009 season with the Sounders, and to be on the entire journey with them has been really really awesome. I probably have a stronger fan relationship with the Sounders than any other team I have ever rooted for.

Saw Cavan in person against Mexico last weekend... that kid is so fucking special, man... and it's not just the goal. God damn bulldog.

Anyway, I'm so envious of y'all who have MLS teams at home. It's a very good quality of soccer. It's not the EPL or anything, but it's pretty fucking solid, entertaining, and full of quality.
