Boarding Group Order
Pre-boarding: Customers with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, active-duty U.S. military, families traveling with children 2 and under, and United Global Services or Premier 1K members.
Group 1: United Polaris, First, and Business class passengers, along with Premier Platinum, Premier Gold, and Star Alliance Gold members. (Boards via the blue lane).
Group 2: Premier Silver and Star Alliance Silver members, Premium Plus passengers, eligible United credit cardholders, and those who purchased Premier Access or priority boarding. (Boards via the green lane).
Group 3 (WILMA window/exit row): Economy Plus and United Economy passengers seated in window or exit-row seats.
Group 4 (WILMA middle): Economy Plus and United Economy passengers seated in middle seats.
Group 5 (WILMA aisle): Economy Plus and United Economy passengers seated in aisle seats.
Group 6: Basic Economy passengers (who are generally restricted to a personal item rather than a full overhead carry-on).
