The show was hamstrung by its unwillingness to have consequences for being offensive.

So the employees tell the clients/distributors they want to fuck their sisters and piss on their dads graves and okay, see you all tomorrow. Business as usual.

The whole point of the show seemed to be "its okay to be crass, especially to people's faces" and that doesn't really work for a workplace sitcom. At least one in which you're actually trying to tell a story.
