The Fire stadium is not nearly big enough to be a replacement for stadium tour concerts.

It’s probably where it inevitably ends up but losing both the Bears and losing the ability to host any major events/acts within the city would be a pretty big blow. I imagine they’d try to hold on to Soldier Field for as long as they can.
