KJ ranks No. 7, which starts the "Starter/All-Star tool swings" tier. Riley ranks No. 24, which is near the bottom of the "Rotation players/upside swings" tier.

Each guy has multiple pages of observations and thoughts. Goes way beyond comprehensive.

Pretty sure it was Athlon that was subtitled "The REALLY Big Ten". I was never sure how/why that got started.
