Got home and was sitting down to eat and I heard a loud crash in my room. Turns out, my ceiling just completely collapsed on one side. Concrete and the drop ceiling.

Luckily nothing broken but I was just a few seconds away from sitting down right underneath it.

Sure if it would of fell on me I would of been injured

It might be that a century of subtle shifting weakened the bond. It's also possible that you had a leak at some point.

You'll have fun inspecting the rest of it, especially during the summer months!
