Hey sounder…beef short rib for ya

These weren’t the best quality to start with but they turned out really well. Just did them in the oven cuz I didn’t care to deal with the grill or smoker

I smoked a 10lb pork loin and pulled it. Was skeptical but might be the best way honestly
