I'm lucky if I remember my name at the end of an email. My email address is first name initial, full last name. I rarely send messages to people who don't know me. Edit: I don't have a direct line at work and don't remember my work extension. Sure as hell aren't putting my personal phone number in an email unless I really want someone to have it.
