Back in 1987, one my Little League teammates in Bourbonnais had a grandma who lived across the street from Hulk Hogan down in Florida.

I remember thinking how it seemed illogical that larger-than-life Hulk lived a normal life, let alone living it next to someone's grandma. 😆

We absolutely should have idolized them as much as idolizing anyone famous is questionably healthy. In either case, I watched a clip of MJW on the Cosby show, and it was objectively funny. Cosby was great. No one can blame us for that. I could turn on one of his albums and listen to it and audibly laugh today. We can all climb on Spotify or Apple Music and listen to MJ's greatest hits... they're still great. It is absolutely a shame that they turned out to be who they were. But they still provided good in our lives at an impressionable time.

Bad guy but doesn’t change that this was a larger than life figure during my childhood/teenage years. Not going to shed any tears over it but it’s just one that makes you think back to some of those childhood memories.

Loved my Hogan action figure that had an upper cut punch snapping motion built in.

between either being part of the main cast, recurring roles and guest star roles. Including recently having been on The Resident for 6 years. Never watched the show, but it was a network medical show that must have been popular to last 6 seasons.
