Around the I-55/70/270 interchange near Edwardsville/Troy. About 10 of them had pulled people over, mostly trucks.

WTF is going on?

Probably a targeted CSA enforcement.

They've done that up here a couple of times, but not to that extent. They'll pull over a bunch of trucks for random safety inspections.
