Well, green egg. These might have been my best effort. Forgive the Frankian effort on the photo.

Just did a straight 3 hour smoke at 275.

I have schweppervessence and wessonality.

So, how did they turn out?*

Delicious, if I may say so. The rub was perfectly caramelized on the bottom of the rib
