For the record I thought Kiwior was fine.

It was obvious Viera and Lokonga don't have a place. Apparently Arteta brings guys in and they have a short window to impress him, or he casts them out quickly.

I did like what Mosquera did yesterday though, but thought Kiwior was a useful squad rotation guy. Now Hincapie also coming in.

Just not the very top ones, at least not right now. If he was on the tail end his career, then sticking around as a depth guy on a top team makes sense. But at 22, gotta seize the day and go somewhere to start and get major minutes.

Pending Guehi. I think it's been squashed because Milan feel there's not enough time, which is good because Liverpool can't give up defensive depth right now. I'm sure he wants game time, but he'll probably get a decent amount, even with Guehi, considering how versatile he is and can play along the entire back line.

6 points from those 3 was kind of expected…

7 would have been nice, and 9 would have been amazing.

Hopefully Odegaard is 100% by the end of the break and same for Saliba with whatever he did. Maybe get Saka back around then or at least in time for Man City on the 21st. Forest home on the 13th should be a win and then Champions League starts on the 16th.

Held Salah in check and Mosquera looked good considering that was his very unexpected and difficult league debut.

This guy should have been our target from the start. The age alone makes him a much better fit than MGW or Eze.

And the price seems very, very reasonable as well.

Sucks that Savinho apparently desperately wants to come to Spurs and instead is going to rot on City’s bench. A new attacking band with Savinho, Simons and Kudus would be a hell of a lot of fun.

Romano just reported Spurs are going back in for Savinho at £61MM. Right age profile at 21 years old and his underlying numbers are fantastic. Not really a need position right now, but Spurs should be in the business of finding young talent right now at whatever position they can.

Then I actually quite like their #10 options. Either of El Khannouss or Akliouche would be good fits and in the right age profile (<=23).

I don’t really understand why they’re not targeting a 6 or an outside back, but not going to fix all the holes in 1 window.
