it's also possible the ticket office initiated a transfer to you you didn't see and haven't accepted

We’re sitting 300 level, center court just to keep costs down. But I also feel like 300 level center in a low row is closer (or better view) than 200 level corners.

EDIT - OK, they are in the Players Era Festival so could pick up a decent game there after playing SDSU and Auburn.

That 3 made from Boswell seconds before the end of the 1st half...that was Deron-like.

Seemed eerily reminiscent to the clutch 3 that Deron hit in that E8 game vs Arizona back in 2005 when he tied the game up going into OT.

apparently when Underwood said he’d be out for the game on Friday in the postgame, he said there is a conditioning component for Tomi. I don’t really trust anything being said at this point, but if we’re talking about conditioning as a holdup for a game 3 days away then it would suggest that he’s not out for nearly as long as I anticipated.

Brad’s language last night was suggestive. “He won’t play against Colgate.” To me that suggests it’s a day to day situation. Or something close to it.

I’d guess he has a sprain. Maybe a minor tear. But it’s going to boil down to pain tolerance and conditioning. And on the latter, his seems to plummet quickly.

Kylan and Stoj together are tough as nails. Softness won’t be a problem this year

Humrichous was solid on defense and the glass last night. Looks to be much improved from last year

The offense bogged down a bit without Tomi. He’s such an incredible initiator from the top of the key. Without him, we defaulted back to 1v1. Shout out to Stoj

He’s a good player but I think we’ll go through rough patches with Mirk. I’m not sold on the outside shot and B1G teams will scout the hell out of those slow developing drives. Let’s see how he adjusts

If you’re evaluating him through the lens of him being our best or second best player or projected one-and-done then sure he didn’t look the part last night. But both him and Wagler are wildly exceeding realistic expectations and I thought both showed really well last night given the major step up in competition.

He will have some growing pains this year I’d imagine. Still very excited about what he’ll be.

Also agree on humrichous. He’s still not good on that end, but you can see the marginal improvements there, particularly rebounding, and I appreciate that.

Had the player not flopped, that call is never made. Smart on the Tech player's part...

It was such a well-officiated game up to that point... just a baffling decision when that wasn't the call on the floor.

But if it takes away gaming the foul system, you won't get an argument out of me... I guess there should be some benefit to not fouling during the game, but you can't make it so obvious as a player committing the intentional foul.

obviously the kid "intentionally" fouled, but who ever calls it that way?

Of course, the same refs also completely missed changing the possession arrow one time and gave the ball to the other team. so it wasn't that surprising.

This is the game where two students are tethered to each other with a long bungee cord. Then, it's like a tug-a-war, each one trying to pick up money to stuff in their bag. Usually, there is all sorts of mayhem and flailing bodies.

Their plan, last night, was evident from the beginning. The organizer guy tried to tell the one student that he was facing the wrong way; that he was supposed to be heading toward *that* money over there.

When the gun sounded, they worked together, first grabbing all the money on one side of center court, then going over and grabbing the money from the other side. No flailing bodies. No bruises. And each walked away with all the cash.

I see a rule change in the future.

We’re going with Peja, Bos, and Keaton and for good reason. But their game is largely predicated on iso drives.

Davis and Hummer are better at swinging the ball, but cannot hang defensively. But that affects spacing.

The benefit would be the cumulative toll it takes over 40 minutes, so I get that. But even if we successfully hassle them for 10-15 seconds, it inevitably has led to an eventual open driving lane at some point in the possession.

Nice little stretch of TT missing several open shots in a row there though.
