regular (maybe 2 days/week) wear. I do think they will last forever, though I ruefully eye the Cole Haan version.

And Thursday’s were pretty well reviewed. That said, as a “heritage” boot, I think they have a significant wear in time. That’s actually due to the quality of leather and the fact that you bought work boots.
