Monkeypod is part of the Merriman brand, they have the same Mai Tai and it's the best I've had and I"ve had a bunch.
1849 and Duke's are classic for Hawaiian food.
Seafood Cartel if you're over in Pearl City.

When we stayed in Waikiki we enjoyed the restaurant in our hotel. It’s called the Hideout.

They have two menus - a normal bar menu and then his pop up menu. Ask for that menu. I’d also recommend following him on Instagram. He has daily specials but also sometimes skips a day so it’s a good place to know what’s going on.
