I didn't used to, but I had a few while driving back and forth to see family recently, and I really like the Welch's grape flavored Ghost, so I might keep a few around.

200mg of caffeine makes Jolt cola from back in the day seem tame by comparison.

First question they asked at the ER was if I was on cocaine. Second question was whether I drank energy drinks.

This was before 4Loko got banned, so I'm sure there are things that were in them back then that are no longer allowed. I still stay away from them, though.

Has really helped cut back on headache frequency and severity. The only time I drink caffeine now is when I already have a headache.
