If I fly in and out of Split, would it be easy to get from Split to Dubrovnik?*

Dubrovnik is the most beautiful place I've ever been.

And while overtouristed during the day, when the cruises leave Dubrovnik at night it's quieter and lit up spectacularly. We went a different route, but based on how long you'll be there, I've heard great things about Mostar and Kotor and they would be good day or quick overnight trips from Dubrovnik. I really enjoyed all of the places in Croatia but none require more than 2 days. You could do 2 days in Dubrovnik, a night each in Split, Mostar and Kotor. A few days out on the islands. Plitvice Lakes is a cool spot not too far from Split. We unfortunately only saw it during a downpour, but it was still pretty. Previous Message Planning to go June 12-21. The closest I’ve been to Croatia was Yugoslavia years ago, so I’m probably of little help*

Hvar, Bol, Vis are all awesome from Split. Dubrovnik is more European, if you go north Krk is great

Get on a boat if you can you won't regret it. Some of the more secluded islands are awesome to swim in if you can get there. In that part of the Adriatic the water is so clear you can see the anchor until it catches the bottom. Previous Message Planning to go June 12-21.
