Idaho Stop: bicycles are allowed to roll through stop signs when other traffic isn't present

I'm opposing HB4333(lowers bac threshold to .05). HB5220(allows autonomous vehicles to operate on public way)

as it just gives excuses to write tickets and probably won't change anything... speed is more a function of design than anything

Chicken or the egg. If you've got to design for 30mph, then you will.

If you are designing for 20, it'll give you more flexibility in the design.
