I'm enjoying Rooster a lot more than I thought I would.

Ep1 does have a lot of McGinley being McGinley, but they lean much less heavily on him in subsequent eps. Also, they do a good job of making his character the Manosphere Guy while also being a person. Ruck's character, on the other hand...

I didn’t really much of anyone in the supporting cast on the pilot though.

His daughter is terrible.

Found a couple gems to push it down in possible rotation but will give a few more eps a shot. It s quick enough watch. Thanks

Of course I am a human with an internet connection, so I've seen clips of Ted Lasso, but that's about it. I may not be as fatigued with this style of dramedy as some are.

Second caveat is that I don't mind the daughter or the other side characs, so that particular beef may not be resolved by future eps.
