now that streaming has made that mostly impossible

I want to break it up
I want to smash it up
I want to #### it up
I want to watch it come down

I used it during tourney time and occasionally during football season

Well, good point. But I'm rarely THAT interested in anything other than the Bears game and the Illini game.

Do they still do something like the All-22 on MNF with the Manning family?? Or did they ever?

instead of Buck & Aikman. they'll do interviews with people and occasionally do some whiteboard-ish analysis to talk about plays/schemes. but it's not the all-22. And they don't do it for every game.

I think it depends a lot on the guest. The mannings are terrible at interviews.

They can read the card written by their producers but have no idea what to do when the guest throws a counterpunch. You need a guest who can prop them up, keep things moving, and knows what makes good TV.

Stand-ups and broadcasters are usually the best. Actors seem to be about 50/50. Athletes (who haven’t made the transition to TV) are usually the worst.

Strahan was probably the best guest they ever had. He knows ball and he’s a total pro in front of a camera.
