Defenders basically can't have arms anymore in European matches. The interpretation of the rule is insane.

Bayern down 3. Scores 2 as PSG did almost nothing the final 30 minutes, except for one shot that badly beat Neuer and hit the post. And then a save off the line by a defender in the last minute to preserve the win. Both teams really came to play today.

PSG probably should not have been given a PK at the end of the first half.
