For the large portion of Bears STH that live in the suburbs, getting to Soldier Field on a workday is a huge time commitment and generally a nightmare. And I don’t think the atmospheres on Monday or Thursday games are any better than a Noon on Sunday game as a result, most people aren’t really partying much in the lead-up to the game.

Sunday night games are definitely fine and have a better atmosphere though.
