1) Is the GA area pretty spacious where there is room to stand in the back with plenty of space if I don’t care about being close? 2) Any idea if paying more for the Premium tickets with balcony access is at all worth it? 7 Seconds was headlining—I really liked them back in the 90’s, although I mainly listened to middle period stuff when they’d moved away from their punk roots. This show was almost exclusively the punk stuff, so it wasn’t as good as it could have been. Still enjoyed it, though. Went with Sprout, who has gotten into hardcore punk and metal recently. Interesting crowd—was a mix of half older folks my age that liked them back in the day, and half new, young fans. They had 3 other bands, one contemporary that was more metal oriented, then two old punk bands that I think got back together just to play some shows opening for 7 Seconds. The younger band and one of the older bands were both good, with one pretty meh. Previous Message Big Head Todd and the Monsters at Red Rocks. Unfortunately, timing didn’t work out for us to make that show this year.
