If you have kids/family who ever plan on attending U of I it makes even more financial sense. Should be a sound investment either way.

But of the course the main thing is really being able to make the most out of Illinois games being your jam. And a place to really go all out with decor. Congrats!

Season tickets. With football's newfound popularity, hotels are a pain in the ass and expensive.

Plus this diversified my investments a skosh. We can bring the doggos and stay as long as we like and store our tailgate shit up there. Can't wait for the season! Beat UAB!
