This is a church in Lexington, KY, a skit presented at Vacation Bible School for young children. You will see men in military camo type dress carrying what are apparently paintball guns, who repeatedly shoot someone who is supposed to represent Satan. As he writhes on the floor under the assault, the preacher leads the children in a chant of 'take him out, blow him up.' Which they proceed to do.

Thought it had to be fake, but there is also a video from the preacher expressing his astonishment that anyone is disturbed by the skit, which they've apparently been putting on for years.
