Except I don't have a labradoodle, a white tesla, nor a minecraft house. I hate boba, and I have a sidewalk. I've never invested (directly) in nor worked for Microsoft, either.

The stereotype is pretty real, though.

One section of Bellevue is zoned for horses, with mandatory lot sizes of 1ac or more.

..Naperville either.

They just strike me as similar. I was out that way a few weeks ago for a celebration of life and it was like:

1. Large population wise and area wise.
2. Lotsa shopping, retail, planned walking community. (Seems lotsa formula chain retail as well).
3. Like 45min-1hr from downtown depending on traffic.
4. The "it" spot for people that are priced or demographic'ed outta Marin fleeing the city. Similar to Naperville vs North Shore IMO.
5. Significant buildup over the last 20 years.

Just seemed to share a lot of commonalities...maybe I'm wrong.

The relevant suburbs are almost all in the inner ring or two. It's not like you can choose Frederick, Maryland or anything out I-95 in Virginia. Maybe Ashburn is a pretty good one now that it's built up.
