if you have 2 urinals and 3 stalls in the bathroom there should definitely not be a short urinal. If you have 15 urinals, then fine, go nuts and give the short legged folks their fun.

If you're building new, it's easy... when you're not, it's hard to retrofit with a lot of moving pieces.

And no, I'm not hating on people with disabilities... it's economic reality.

Obama administration came out and we got volunteered for a pilot program on ADA compliance and get stuck spending $5mil a year on replacing sidewalk ramps we fucked up between 1993 and like 2013... some like 0.2% out of compliance.

Also had to go back and redo some newly constructed or renovated spaces to correct ADA violations.

We review for some ADA requirements for permits but a lot of stuff is on teh developer to know/comply with.

Which is fine... for new construction... but for a TI job where an outdated parking/sidewalk/slope..
