It’s crazy. They have absolutely zero flavor raw in a salad, but cook them, and they are instantly the most disgusting thing short of actual vomit I can think of. You won't have to abide by one more nuked sprout for the rest of your life. I agree with your wife that neo-sprout dishes are good, but I can't imagine re-heating them. They're great off the grill.
