said it was the highlight of the trip.

this is after the flatirons in colorado, moab and canyonlands in utah, the tetons in wyoming, and the badlands in sd.

i spent a ton of time in the region as a youth. my aunt sister (she is a nun) was at the "mound," a huge convent near baraboo. if you bought cinnamon bread from nuns at the galena farmers market, you may have met my aunt.

I have heard that they let the courses go a few years ago but they're now in great shape.

Interested to hear your experience.

All the Eagle Ridge courses are fun layouts, IMO. Putting is very tricky due to valley effect, so keep an eye on your surroundings.

a lot of elevation change / pretty holes. I would definitely play it again.
