Either that recipe is crap or I have fond memories of some really terrible pizza

They changed to a freeze dried crust in like...1996. That was the death of Garcias*

One of the Garcia's founders sold out and moved between you and Denton years ago. He bankrolled a food truck called Tomato Pizza at East Side Denton. He serves original recipe slices.

If you are brave enough to venture there, PM me. Great outdoor big screen...loved watching Illini beat Houston this spring, almost as much as our comeback E8 beatdown of Squawkeyes at COSM. beating USC football at COSM was magical too.

I had garcia’s in the 2000s and it had obviously gone way downhill compared to the 1990s*
