It also seems like the fact that nobody was looking at him when he did it made it easier for them to assume he was being an asshole instead of being corny. At least, that's the only reason I can come up with for why she and Luka acted like he flashed a gun at her.

really think he could be a big part of a winning team.

Matas's struggles are more alarming. He's being asked to defend on the perimeter a lot more playing the 3, but I don't think he is well suited for that.

Essengue is incredibly raw but I don't even think he is 20 yet. I've seen enough flashes from him to think he is worth investing playing time in. Swain probably should be in the G-League now.

Essengue is a project still. Can't teach his size and length, so it comes down to if there is actually a basketball player in there somewhere. He's had some good minutes in short bursts and is still super young.

Swain doesn't do anything for me. They're trying to play him as a PG, but he can't dribble or pass at an NBA level. Definitely time for the G League to see if he can work on those things.

Matas probably shouldn't be so critical in the offseason about what type of shots Billy allowed.

I think he can be a good player but he's already been basketball-mogged by Caleb. Maybe not a fair comparison but Caleb has already shown he has the Right Stuff and superstair potential. Matas still remains to be seen.

Wins don't really matter this year IMO, only development. They've even flattened the lottery odds so no point in "tanking".
