They make aftermarket gadgets to circumvent these annoying "features", but they of course cost money. They require some mechanical skill to install, which is no prob for me, but would be for others like Mark. A. I have one ordered for the 2023. If it works as advertised, I'll get one for the pickup. The savings on wear and tear, and not having the A/C shut off at stoplights when it's 100+ should be well worth it.
