I am just giving my own opinion,..

they discovered ayurvedic urea/dhatrumurgasiniy herb... why? they were involved in grow taller program... they were looking for stuff that makes human taller.. they knew stuff like this exist,, they knew herb like this exist... they went to different countries and searched for plant like this...

Once they discovered the herb they tested it and realized they discovered a holy grail, they were too excited they got lost, they got lost, no idea what to do what not to do.

I don't know, may be money changed their mind, but deep inside their heart they do want to provide the herb to short peoples to grow taller. I guess this is the main reason they wanted to partner with chinese hospitals and at the same time help poor short people grow taller.
