AU officials not replying. Saying package delaying

Vivian, Indonesia. AU officials are not even replying to my emails. Once I asked for the status of the delivery and they replied with its delaying
. I asked the reasons now they are not even replying. How unprofessional!. Some other guys from Asia have posted similar like this. Why is this different treatment for Asian countries. We have also paid the same money.
