It's not different treatment for Asian countries. Get rid of your victim mentality. They are delaying packages because of corona virus. Think about how many emails they get per week... It usually takes them 15 to 17 days for them to reply to your email. I haven't got my email replied within months. Sometimes you are better off asking here and you get response right away usually. Also it's not "we paid the same money".

If you pay MORE, they will love you long time.
