According to the great god Wiki, Harpal Brar, stepped down as leader of the CPGB-ML at their Congress in September on grounds of ill health. He has been replaced by a triumvirate of Ella Rule (Chair), and two deputy chairs: Joti Brar (natch) and Zane Carpenter (the former general secretary whose old office is now in abeyance).
