I have answered your question and there is enough food, housing, clothes, energy etc so that no one on the planet will go hungry, be homeless or lack clothing or clean water. There is enough medicine to immunise and keep the population healthy and happy.
Neither you, Marx or I can say what life will be like under socialism. Who knows what the culture will be like? Will peoples' needs be greater than under capitalism or less.

You do sound like a belated "Son of Loyalty". They were colonists who were loyal to King George. They were looking for the same assurances you were. How would it work after the British left.
