As no one has bothered to answer this one ( I am surprised that the Sinophiles and PRC Fan club has not jumped in here ) I thought I would have a go . I am myself not a great fan of the PRC , I feel that there are justified criticisms that can be made of the PRC for adopting 'reform ' and 'opening up ' back in 1978 though of course at the end of the day it is the affair of the Chinese people . However these days there is a lot of rubbish such as 'genocide ' being talked about and thrown around .
"Uyghur genocide' is just a creation of the imperialist mainstream media . A few years ago no one had heard of Uighurs or Xinjiang. Independent media outlooks such as Grayzone have proved that the so-called 'eye witness accounts ' are made up , full of contradictions .
Does Mr Johnson and the SPGB prefer to believe the BBC ? Does the SPGB support Taiwan and so-called Hong Kong 'independence'.
It is positive that China as banned the BBC World Service (should have done it years ago ) , maybe one day they will finally slam shut the so-called 'open door ' and carry on where they left off in 1978 .
