The RCG go back over 40 years . They were originally a split from the International Socialists , a Troksyite group that became the SWP .
Officially the RCG broke with Trotskyism . However they still retain residues of Trotskyite ideas and have curious positions such as socialism only exists in Latin America but not Asia (this a comment made to someone who asked about their line on the DPRK ,it may not have fully reflected their official line ).
By the way why is campaigning against cuts a Trotskyite position ? Does the SPGB think we should support the cuts or something
