Russia doesn't really export capital, the oligarchs tend to export money, for buying luxuries like yachts, rare items such as paintings or football clubs. Capital means money which has self expanding value through the exploitation of living labour.
Russia today in no way exports capital in the way Lenin defined the imperialist powers a hundred years earlier. Although it may well want to aspire to becoming an imperialist power, if that is any sort of aspiration.
Russia is a second or third rate capitalist power with an oversized military for its economy. But it is not imperialist in the Leninist sense.
