For a second I thought this was the base of Marie-Valerie's pearl tiara... which hopefully still exists.

A tiara by Köchert, given by Archduchess Marie Valerie, daughter of Emperor Franz Joseph and Empress Elisabeth of Austria, to her own daughter Hedwig on the occasion of her wedding to Count Bernhard zu Stolberg-Stolberg on April 24th, 1918 is up for auction at the Dorotheum in Vienna on October 24th.
With approx. 40 ct of diamonds the tiara can be separated into 7 brooches which can be seen in the video below.
