How to transport jewels without fuss

I think that most are familiar with the video showing Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother's wide diamond bandeau.

QEQM lent her diamond badge and star of the Order of the Thistle as well, all the items being delivered from Clarence House in a brown paper bag!

I presume that the star was the one given to QEQM in 1938, when the King opened the Empire Exhibition in Glasgow.
