Ok, I've always looked at this photo below and wondered what was the large dark stone element on the left side of QA's dress, 'and it came to me that the shape and the surround looked very similar to the Sapphire pearl choker worn by the late PoW, or is it the one worn by HM when she visited the Pope at the Vatican?
