Having seen this photo you posted yesterday I believe you are correct. It now looks more like the diamond and pearl tiara

After seeing so many blurry photos of Princess Marina wearing a narrow bandeau style tiara, I now strongly suspect that she wore the snake pearl tiara to the Hampden House ball. The shape of the tiara in the photo below seems to more closely resemble that of the snake tiara rather than the bandeau Ursula and Laura discovered.
