I spent a some hours today trying to ascertain if Queen Alexandra, either as Princess of Wales or as Queen, gave the 5th Countess Spencer a diamond bracelet.

Unfortunately, despite searching under numerous terms, I have not found any information. That does not mean that Queen Alexandra did not give the Countess the bracelet we are currently interested in - just that I did not find any information on any of the key dates when I was searching under various terms.

So, perhaps this will have to go under one of those "to be decided" categories.
