Anna Pavlova lived during an era when admirers from -- Kings and Queens to wealthy patrons of the arts -- gave jewelled gifts to celebrated artistes, so I suspect that most of the jewels she was photographed wearing were real and possibly her own jewels. (Perhaps not all of course)
I found one 1909 news report about her jewels, which I think is revealing.
After leaving a theatre in Russia she left her jewels in a cab. And they were returned! Perhaps it was just that the cab driver was honest, but it may also be because of the Russian attitude to the ballet and the stars of ballet. Whatever the scenario, the report suggests that, like divas such as Nellie Melba, Anna Pavlova wore her own jewels during performances.
I think that the rivieres worn by Pavlova in the photo posted by Dave and the one posted by JohnAF are the same jewel. Perhaps also in the photo below.
And the lower necklace above appears to be the same as in the photo below.
