I stumbled across this photo, which has given me cause for thought.

The caption says it is the Princess Royal, meaning Princess Louise, Duchess of Fife. But is this her?

If it is, which tiara is she wearing? It reminds me of the tiara given to Queen Maud by her friends when she married.
